Glassman collected 12 assists against 11th-ranked Missouri Baptist and added 27 in a three set victory past St. Ambrose. The Jackson native recorded a season-high 32 assists in a sweep versus Friends University and 25 in a five-set victory to Lindenwood-Belleville. The junior has 11 double-figure assist outings this season and averages 5.09 assists per set.
Markovic posted a total of four solo blocks on the weekend and another eight block assists, four of those against Lindenwood-Belleville. The Trstenik, Serbia native tallied a combined 22 kills during the tournament. Markovic is ranked 20th in total blocks and 37th in blocks per game.
The Phoenix will play to host Lindsey Wilson College on Tuesday for their first Mid-South Conference match of the year at 7 p.m. at the Dallas Floyd Center.
