GLADEVILLE — Cookeville outlasted host Wilson Central 25-19, 19-25, 19-25, 25-15, 15-4 Thursday night.

Emilee McDonald totaled 21 assists, five digs, five kills, two aces and a block for the Lady Wildcats while Sydney McClure finished with four kills, two digs, a block and an assist; Hannah Potts 10 kills, four digs and four blocks; Faith Moorhead seven digs, three kills and an assist; Kathryn Bean four digs, four blocks and two kills; Nicole Brill four blocks, three kills and two digs; Grayce Guethlein 10 digs and a kill, Katey Meador three digs and an ace, Hope Davidson two aces and a kill and Hailey Hunter six digs as Central slipped to 9-7 for the season.

Cookeville’s freshmen also prevailed 25-20, 25-21 before the Lady Cavalier junior varsity prevailed 25-21, 15-25, 17-15.

Wilson Central will play host to Lebanon on Tuesday. Freshmen will serve off at 4 p.m., JV at 5 and varsity at 6.
