Croley earns second team All-MSC honors

Cumberland senior Nate Croley earned second team All-Mid-South Conference honors, with accolades based solely on the results of the NAIA East Region Qualifier held Feb. 18 in Bowling Green, Ky., as announced recently by the league office.

Croley finished second at 157 pounds for the Phoenix, posting a pair of victories to reach the finals. He recorded a 14-4 major decision over West Virginia Tech’s Corey Palmer and collected an 11-5 decision against Southeastern’s Giovanny Bonilla. The Pigeon Forge native dropped a 5-2 decision to Lindsey Wilson’s No. 1-ranked Cam Tessari in the finals.

Croley was also a second team All-MSC selection as a junior.
