What's for Dinner?: Chicken Marsala

Let’s complete the recipe from Thursday. This is the chicken part; you can bread your own chicken, or buy yours pre-breaded. 

I buy already breaded chicken for the house to save time. In my restaurants, I will bread from scratch to save money. The vegetables can be changed to your favorite, but squash works the best for me.

Chicken Marsala


4 pounds of chicken wings, baked (You can also use boneless.)

2 squash, diced

2 zucchini, diced

Marsala wine mixture


In a bowl, toss all the ingredients. Place in a baking pan and bake until there’s a 165-degree internal temperature.
