Free listing of nonprofit events, community club and government meetings. We reserve the right to reject or edit material. Include name and phone number in the event we have questions.

GOVERNMENT MEETINGS

Thursday, May 14

6 p.m. — School Board

The Hartsville/Trousdale County School Board will meet via livestream at tcschools.org.

6 p.m. — Law Enforcement Committee

The Hartsville/Trousdale County Law Enforcement Committee will meet in the upstairs courtroom of the courthouse.

Monday, May 18

5:30 p.m. — Urban Services Council

The Hartsville/Trousdale County Urban Services Council will meet in the upstairs courtroom of the courthouse to discuss the proposed budget for Fund 111.

6 p.m. — Budget & Finance Committee

The Hartsville/Trousdale County Budget & Finance Committee will meet in the upstairs courtroom of the courthouse.

7 p.m. — County Commission

The Hartsville/Trousdale County Commission will hold its regular work session in the upstairs courtroom of the courthouse.

Tuesday, May 19

6 p.m. — Industrial Development Board

The Hartsville/Trousdale County Industrial Development Board will meet via Zoom online software (https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89959994733).

Thursday, May 21

6 p.m. — Education Committee

The Hartsville/Trousdale County Education Committee will meet in the upstairs courtroom of the courthouse.

Community Help Center

The Community Help Center of Trousdale County (120 E. McMurry Blvd.) is providing food boxes by appointment only Mondays and Tuesdays from noon-3 p.m. Call 615-374-2904 for more information.

TCHS Class Reunion

The annual Trousdale County High School All-Class Reunion, which is normally held the first Saturday in June, has been canceled because of the ongoing coronavirus crisis.
