Red Boiling Springs Police Officer Chris Keen, right, earned a promotion from patrol officer to lieutenant. Lt. Keen is a Clay County native and formerly worked as an officer with the Jackson Police Department in West Tennessee. He was recognized by RBS Police Chief James Killmon.
