Mark Andrew Neely, 66, of Hartsville, passed away on April 15, 2023.

Funeral services were conducted by Alexander Funeral Home on April 22 from Miller’s Chapel General Baptist Church.

Interment followed in Miller’s Chapel Cemetery.
