Sammie Jean Day Jones, 75, of Lafayette, passed away on March 5, 2023, at the Select Specialty Hospital in Nashville.

Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday at 1 p.m. from the chapel of the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette, with Kevin Harrison and Justin Tucker officiating. Interment followed in Macon County Memorial Gardens.

Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette was entrusted with the arrangements.
