The East girls’ basketball lost last week to Station Camp 30-11 in a game that felt a lot closer than the score resembled. The East girls still searching for their first win on the season kept this game close, but a few too many costly mistakes and not converting on enough shots led to the Bison running away with this game.

“Our girls are playing so much better on the defensive side of the ball in comparison to the beginning of the season, we just need to be better on offense, “Head Coach Scott Steinbrecher stated. East was down just 7-4 after the first quarter, but the Bison kept the Panthers scoreless in the second quarter and went into the half with a 16-4 lead.
